30 Things I've Learnt

OK so i was going through a few blogs some days ago and was inspired to do this by a post I read.
I've been alive for 30 years now, and I'm gonna put out something I've learnt directly or indirectly for every year that I have lived.

1. NO ONE owes you anything. Anything you are or have become is of your own doing, dont blame it on anyone or family curses, its all on you.

2. Comparing yourself (in entirety) to other people or things is one of the quickest ways to completely lose it.

3. No one is ever too busy to be in touch with you or answer your calls. You are either important or you're not.

4. Learn to LISTEN.

5. If you cannot change your friends, then change your friends.

6. Do WHATEVER makes you happy, life is short for paparazzi

7. Loving yourself completely is the first step to loving someone else.

8. Nobody is perfect...

9. Your true value is noticed most times when youre gone.

10. Its good to have faith but what is most important is putting that faith to work. You can stay believing it will get better and you are not doing anything about it.

11. Try to improve on your skills.

12. Change is constant. Things and people change, learn to live with it.

13. Falling in love is easier than it looks, staying in love is where the work comes in.

14. LIFE GOES ON

15. Learn to protect your name, that is ALL you ever own.

16. In the end, you only in competition with yourself

17. These words 'I DON'T KNOW' create a lot of credibility for you especially during interviews.

18. Anyone can tell someone what to do but few have the skills to actually teach someone how

19. When you're at your lowest point, you get to know who your friends really are.

20. It doesn't matter where love is found, what matters is nurturing the love and trying not to lose it.

21. You can have sex on the first date and end up happily married and you can wait for 6 months, have sex and still break up.

22. 2 rules to be successful in whatever you do, a. Don't tell everything you know

23. The grass on the other side is not always greener.

24. When you find something you love doing, try and be the best at it

25. There is God and you are not him

26. You cannot move forward by holding on to your past

27. Be careful with Social media,

28. You don't need to wear a costume to be a super hero

29. People judge your sin because they do theirs differently.

30. People will treat you the way you let them treat you.
